As agents or as provider of the service, Tour Dubai shall not be liable for any damage, expense, loss or delay arising to the recipient of tours booked (the “Customer”) or any other person including any death, injury or illness to any person or any loss or damage to property which may be caused by the Customer, howsoever caused or arising where the same occurs during and as a consequence of the performance or non-performance by any person of any tour, transportation or other services provided through this website

Certain tours involve potential risks and hazards. The Customer hereby undertakes that he/she completely understands such risks and hazards and is of sound physical and mental state to participate in the tours
By booking any tour on this website, the Customer agrees that he/she has read and understood terms, notes & booking conditions for such tour and that he/she agrees to all terms & conditions contained herein
Tour Dubai reserves the right to alter or omit any part of any tour without notice and for any reason and the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund for such alteration or omission
Tour Dubai reserves the right to cancel any tour without notice
Payments for bookings can be made on the tour itself, by cash or credit card
Certain tours may require pre-payment of a credit card guarantee. This information will be provided to the Customer at time of issuing confirmation. Failure to prepay or provide valid credit card details in such cases will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation
Where bookings have been prepaid and where such prepaid tour is cancelled by Tour Dubai, refund will only be applicable towards fully cancelled tours and no refund will be issued for partly undertaken tours, for any reason whatsoever
Personal effects are the sole responsibility of the client and Tour Dubai and it’s agents will not be responsible for any loss of items on Tour Dubai or it’s agents’ vessels, premises, vehicles or campsite, or at any place visited during the tour
100% cancellation charge will be due in case of no-show or cancellation of any tour within 24 hours of tour/date time, for any reason whatsoever
Where credit card guarantee has been requested and provided, the Customer hereby authorizes Tour Dubai or it’s agents to charge his/her credit card for no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of tour date/time
All bookings, including pre-paid and credit card guaranteed bookings, must be reconfirmed at least 24 hours in advance of tour date/time unless otherwise confirmed by Tour Dubai. Failure to reconfirm will result in automatic cancellation of booking
Tour times and duration are for indicative purposes only and can vary at different times of the year
Some entertainment options for e.g. belly dance show for safaris, are not available during the holy month of Ramadan
